Water main break closes Vistula during repairs

A common problem caused by the cold: a water main break. This one happened Sunday at Vistula and Oakland in Mishawaka. Crews closed the area off for several hours to fix the pipe that broke underground. The break was between two valves, so workers were able to shut off the water without causing any outages. Crews say they do quite a few repairs like this when it gets this cold.
