St. Joseph County commissioners elect officers

SOUTH BEND — The St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners today elected officers for 2010. By separate votes of 3-0, commissioners re-elected Bob Kovach president and Dave Thomas vice president. Both men are Democrats.
