MISHAWAKA — A man charged with damage to his former girlfriend’s home Sunday has resigned from his positions as a Penn High School coach and a program assistant at Schmucker Middle School. Ryan Randolph resigned today from his positions as a freshman football coach and assistant boys track coach, according to Michael Lureman, director of human resources for Penn-Harris-Madison schools. Gregg Hixenbaugh, director of human resources for School City of Mishawaka, said Randolph has resigned from his job as a program assistant. Even though he was working in a P-H-M school, Randolph taught in the Joint Services for Special Education program and was an employee of School City of Mishawaka. Randolph is charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief in the Sunday damage to a basement window and a car at the home of his former girlfriend.
