One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries Sunday night after a three-vehicle collision southwest of South Bend. That head-on collision happened about 7:25 p.m. at Pine Road and Crumstown, St. Joseph County Police dispatch said. One vehicle was waiting to turn when a second vehicle crossed the center line, hitting it head-on. The first vehicle was pushed into a third vehicle on impact, police said. No other injuries were reported. Alcohol or drugs may be a cause in the crash, police said. Police say the driver believed to be at fault was taken to the hospital for tests to determine if the driver was intoxicated.
