Edwardsburg man injured, arrested after driving into tree

ELKHART COUNTY — An Edwardsburg man was arrested Sunday morning after veering off the road and hitting a tree. The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says 30-year-old Trevor Lints was traveling northbound on County Road 7 when he ran off the roadway for an unknown reason. Lints crashed into a tree and was transported to a local hospital for a minor wrist injury. Lints was later booked into the Elkhart County Jail for operating while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
