Single vehicle accident knocks down power lines in Granger

According to St. Joseph County police,a single car accident that left power lines down in Granger just after 11 p.m. Saturday night. The accident occurred on Adams Road west of Cherry Road. When police arrived at the scene, the driver of the vehicle was out of the car walking around, uninjured. Indiana Michigan Power was called to the scene to fix the power lines. Police temporarily restricted traffic on Adams and Cherry roads while power was restored. No customer power outages were reported.
