Police continue to search for a man who broke into a South Bend home Monday afternoon, and then locked a resident in the closet. The home invasion happened just after 3:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of North Johnson Street, according to city 911 dispatch. After the man came inside, the resident was forced into the closet. There was no immediate word on whether the man had a weapon during the incident. The resident was not injured, authorities said.
