Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department deputies arrested four men on meth charges late Friday night, but not before three of the men ran. Police checked out a home in the 4000 block of East County Road 100 South after they received an anonymous tip about a possible meth lab. When police arrived, two men ran from inside the home and a third ran from a nearby shed. George Shepherd, 43, of Warsaw; Jasper Shepherd, 26, of North Webster; Joseph Halsey, 25, of Winona Lake; and Rex LeWallen, 45, of Warsaw, all face felony charges of manufacturing of meth. Jasper Shepherd also faces a charge of resisting police. All four men are being held without bond. The Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Unit was called to the scene to remove the hazardous chemicals. Other agencies involved in the arrests were Warsaw and Winona Lake police departments.
