SOUTH BEND — Jurors are deliberating in the case of a 34-year-old man accused of fatally shooting the rival of a friend. Ponie Clark is charged with murder in the death of James Dydo, 29. Dydo was killed last year at the corner of Vine and Logan Streets in Mishawaka. He had been shot three times, according to authorities.
