Lakeville business fire quickly contained

A fire at a Lakeville business was quickly extinguished Sunday after someone reported seeing smoke come from the building. The fire, at a the Bettcher's truck and tractor repair shop along U.S. 31 at Wilson, happened shortly before 5 p.m. Firefighters arrived and were able to contain the fire in about 10 minutes, according to a WSBT photojournalist at the scene. Damage to the building was minimal and there were no immediate reports of injuries.
