Rochester man leads police on high speed chase in Kosciusko County

A Rochester man is in the hospital this morning after leading police on a high speed chase last night in southern Kosciusko County. Lynn KC Sines, will be arrested after leaving Kosciusko Community Hospital and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing and resisting arrest and several other traffic violations. Kosciusko County police clocked Sines driving at speeds over 70 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. The driver twice ignored flashing signal lights from police. He crashed into a utility pole after swerving to avoid stop sticks that had been placed in the road just south of Warsaw.
