A Goshen woman entered into a plea agreement on embezzlement charges, admitting she stole from a high school band booster organization.
Vicenta Barrios was treasurer of the Goshen High School Band Boosters. Police arrested her over the summer, saying she stole thousands of dollars from the group.
Barrios entered the plea agreement calling for her to receive a six year suspended sentence to be served on probation and pay $30,000 in restitution.
Sentencing is December 6. The judge will then decide whether to accept the plea agreement.
