The Van Buren County Prosecutor’s Office authorized on Oct. 15 felony warrants for 10 people involved in an Aug. 12 incident in the 400 block of South Main Street in the Village of Lawton.
In August, police executed a search warrant at a residence in the block and found what they believe to be evidence of a methamphetamine lab and drug paraphernalia used for smoking both meth and marijuana,
The following people, all from the Lawton area, have been charged with the following crimes. All but Robert Kimble have been arrested:
- Peggy Quick, 48, Operating/Maintaining a Meth Lab.
- Robert Tonchen, 54, Operating/Maintaining a Meth Lab.
- Diana Williamson, 55, Maintaining a Meth Lab 2nd or Subsequent Offense and Possession of Methamphetamine 2nd or Subsequent Offense.
- Robert Kimble, 49, Maintaining a Meth Lab 2nd or Subsequent Offense and Possess Methamphetamine 2nd or Subsequent Offense.
- Brent Kimble, 20, Operating /Maintaining a Meth Lab and Possession of Methamphetamine.
- Josiah Gold, 29, Conspiracy to Commit Controlled Substance – Delivery/Manufacture Methamphetamine, 2nd or Subsequent Offense and Habitual Offender – Second Offense Notice.
- Scott Ottney, 45, Conspiracy to Commit Controlled Substance – Delivery/Manufacture Methamphetamine, 2nd or Subsequent Offense, Operating/Maintaining a Meth Lab, 2nd or Subsequent Offense and Possession of Methamphetamine
- Keith Kimble, 48, area Conspiracy to Commit Controlled Substance – Delivery/Manufacture Methamphetamine, Operating/Maintaining a Meth Lab and Possession of Methamphetamine.
- Brandon Wesseling, 20, Conspiracy to Commit Controlled Substance – Delivery/Manufacture Methamphetamine.
- Connie Wesseling, 52, Conspiracy to Commit Controlled Substance – Delivery/Manufacture Methamphetamine and Operating /Maintaining a Meth Lab.
