GRANGER – Power was out for a brief amount of time around the area of State Road 23 and Bittersweet road after a trash truck pulled down power lines and a utility pole.
According to Marta Elliott, spokesperson for AEP, power was restored shortly after 1 p.m --just about two hours after the incident occurred.
