The former Goshen High School Band Boosters treasurer who admitted to stealing more than $10,000 from the organization will have to wait longer to learn her sentence.
Vincenta Barrios pleaded guilty last month to four counts of felony theft. Under the terms of her plea agreement, she was required to pay $15,000 toward total restitution. She didn't have the money, however, so the judge rejected her deal.
The judge delayed sentencing to give lawyers time to arrange another plea agreement. Barrios is due back in court January 24.
