Ski-masked armed robber hits Kubiak's Bar in Niles

NILES — Two people in Kubiak’s Bar were ordered at gunpoint to lay on the floor while a ski-masked armed robber made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

A Berrien County Sheriff’s Department news release indicated the robbery took place at 2:15 a.m. Saturday. From the bar, 319 State Line Road, police believe the suspect drove south into Indiana.

The suspect is described as a white male.
