Butcher’s Best Meats Inc. no longer has a mobile food service license to sell in either St. Joseph or Elkhart counties.
The Elkhart County Health Department issued a news release Tuesday noting because company owner Timothy Langkil of Mishawaka failed to renew a commissary license in St. Joseph County. As a result, he could no longer sell meat in Elkhart County.
A check with Rita Hooton at the St. Joseph County Health Department revealed as of Tuesday, Langkil had not picked up a permit.
