Butcher’s Best Meats Inc. can again sell products in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties.
Company owner Timothy Langkil failed to renew required licenses in both counties and in February, the Elkhart County Health Department issued a news release about the company.
Tuesday, the Elkhart County department issued a statement noting Langkil was issued licenses for three mobile units. St. Joseph County Health Department confirmed Langkil purchased an operating license for its county.
WSBT first reported the food service was prohibited from selling in either county on Feb. 22.
