- As of 4:50 a.m. Friday, several fire departments were battling a house/garage fire in the 53000 block of C.R. 5 in Elkhart.
- Shortly after 4 a.m., firefighters were called to Winchester Trails in Goshen on a report of a mobile home fire.
No injuries have been reported at either fire scene, according to Elkhart County’s 911 Center.
