READING, Mass. (AP) — The benefit of extra late day sunlight with Daylight Saving Time also means a tough adjustment for some to the clock change.
Author and sleep expert Camille Anthony suggests a short nap, especially today, to help deal with the grogginess and grumpiness some people are feeling.
Anthony and her husband Bill have written books on the art of napping. She says naps are good any day, not just today.
For her, one o'clock in the afternoon is the low point and a ten minute or so nap gives her a whole new day. She adds if you take too long of a nap, you will still have that groggy, grumpy feeling.
