A National Guard solider has been arrested on three sex-related charges in Marshall County.
Tim Hatton was arrested and booked on July 19 on charges of child molestation, fondling, sexual battery and battery.
Police say Hatton is accused of molesting two girls approximately five times at an Argos residence.
Hatton is in custody at Marshall County jail with a $40,000 bond.
