A construction worker in Elkhart is recovering from injuries after a piece of concrete fell on his leg Thursday.
While work was being done on the Main Street street-scape, a large piece of the sidewalk came loose and pinned the man's leg.
Other workers helped free the man and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Police say he was conscious and his injury did not appear to be severe.
