ELKHART — With the arrests of three Elkhart teens for several burglaries, now Elkhart Police are delving into whether those 19-year-olds are involved in other recent incidents.

Arrested early Monday morning were Bo Brooks, James McDonald and Tiffany Moore. All were charged with Class C felony burglary.

Elkhart Police Cpl. Eric Sommers eyed the trio “acting suspiciously” in the 400 block of South 4th Street and the trio tried, but failed to evade him.

Along with the bikes the teens were riding, Sommers located electronics and other items stacked behind a building in the 300 block of South 4th Street, according to an Elkhart Police news release. Some of the items were identified as stolen.

During the investigation, Elkhart officers also found a residence where entry had been forced in the 300 block of South 5th Street.
