An update to a story WSBT first brought you Tuesday. The Indiana State Fire Marshal's Office says it is working with a haunted barn it shut down in Millersburg.
An inspector closed the barn because it didn't have a permit and didn't meet several safety measures. Organizers still want to make a go of it, but the changes the state ordered would have cost thousands of dollars.
This haunted barn raises money for charity.
We will be watching to see if the two sides can reach agreement so that the barn can reopen.
