BENTON HARBOR – The disputed Benton Harbor mayor's race recount begins Thursday at 2 p.m. Incumbent Wilce Cook has filed the paperwork for a recount after losing to James Hightower by eight votes.
The recount is Thursday afternoon at the Berrien County Courthouse.
