ELKHART – A 14-year-old boy who is accused of sexual assault appeared in juvenile court Monday and entered a denial.
Police arrested him on November 20, 2011 with charges of strangulation, sexual battery and attempted rape.
Police say two female victims filed a sexual battery report against the boy. They say this happened in the 200 block of Indiana Avenue and in the 300 block of Wagner Avenue both in Elkhart. They are not releasing the age of either victims and we do not know if this 14-year-old knows them.
Police say investigators are looking into additional cases which might involve this teenager.
Because this case is dealing with a 14-year-old minor, police will not say much at this time.
