Penn senior Alex Morton headlines the all NIC girls basketball first team. Morton led Penn to an undefeated league record and the NIC title, en route to ebing named conference MVP. St. Joe coach Roc Mauch is the NIC coach of the year, after leading St. Joe to a 2nd place finish in the conference in his 2nd season at the school.
