Goshen City Council members unanimously scrapped a curfew proposed for First Fridays events in downtown.
Council members agreed Tuesday with the Goshen Chamber director a curfew would send the wrong message to youth.
The Council started discussing the ordinance after complaints surfaced about teenagers causing trouble for business owners and visitors during First Fridays in downtown Goshen.
