Kosciusko County police say they met with Milford Elementary/Middle School officials Tuesday after a fifth-grade student confessed writing a threat in a bathroom stall last week.
This threat is said to be a copy cat of a threat made in a stall at the school on April 16. That incident is still under investigation.
School officials received permission from the fifth-grader’s parents to question him. He was released to his parents and the information about this incident was forwarded to the Kosciusko County prosecutor and probation offices for further review and potential charges, according to police.
