ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – Scott Moore, a former St. Joseph city fire captain, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a felony of accosting a minor for immoral purposes.
The prosecutor dropped two other charges against the 47 year old.
He retired last fall when the investigation started. Police say he asked a 15-year-old girl to send him topless pictures of herself.
He will be sentenced next month.
