GOSHEN – Crews have just a few hours to build a new underpass for students beneath railroad tracks on the campus of Goshen College.
The work is happening right now on the 4th of July.

Late Tuesday night, the last train rolled through, and crews are dismantling more than 100 feet of rails and ties.
Before this project, train tracks split the campus in half.
The college is hoping this underpass will save time for students and help safety.
The plan is for trains to be ready to use the rails again by midnight tonight.
