CASSOPOLIS, Mich. – 2 people are behind bars after a meth bust in Cass County Thursday night.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Department says neighbors complained of a possible meth lab at a home in the 56000 block of Forest Lane on Kelsey Lake near Cassopolis.
An investigation resulted in the arrests of 2 people living in the home.
Police also seized some methamphetamine, ingredients to make meth and a small amount of marijuana.
The home was raided around 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police say meth was found throughout the house and on one of the people in the home.
They’re not saying who the suspects are but say they’re lodged in the Cass County Jail and are scheduled to be formally charged during arraignment proceedings Friday afternoon.
After that, police plan to release their names and charges.
