Two brothers were injured in an accident on Tuesday in Marshall County when they were both thrown from the ATV they were riding after hitting a utility pole. Zolyn Perman, 12, was driving the ATV with brother Zen Perman, 14, seated behind him. Police say Zolyn was in a gravel driveway on private property and was trying to drive the ATV around a utility pole to put it away for the night. The ATV was estimated to be traveling 30mph, according to police. The speed and gravel did not allow the ATV to make a sharp turn and it slid into a utility pole throwing both boys, landing them on the grass.
