BERRIEN SPRINGS, Mich. - Have you ever tried to make your entire lunch or dinner with foods only grown by local farmers? On Tuesday, Andrews University Dining Hall in Berrien Springs proved that it's possible.  It's part of their 3rd annual "Eat Local Challenge. " On the average day, 20% of the food they serve in the café comes from local farmers, but on Tuesday, everything on the menu was made entirely from ingredients sourced within 150 miles of campus. Andrew's Dining Service Manager Mark Daniels says the goal of the "Eat Local Challenge" was to make students and the public aware of the healthy alternatives to store bought items that are packed full of preservatives.

Walt Stone of Berrien Springs says he and his wife have been bombarded with them for the last three months. He says he hears from the Mitt Romney campaign the most, but all the campaigns call. And he says they can get a little sneaky. “The ones recently, our caller ID doesn't show a number so you almost know it's going to be a political robocall, we just don't answer those.” Stone got so frustrated he found a website he says can help: stoppoliticalcalls.org The National Do Not Call List does not apply to political calls.
