Smoked Brisket Sliders Rub Recipe: 2 lb brown sugar ½ cup chili powder 2 tbsp mustard powder 2 tbsp Onion Powder 2 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper ½ cup Kosher Salt 2 tbsp Black Pepper 1 tbsp Nutmeg 4 tbsp Ground Coffee Season brisket on both sides with rub and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Pre-heat smoker to 225 degrees. Once preheated, place brisket in smoker and cook for 10-12 hours.
