Park-goers called police to 400 S. Spring St. at Beutter Park because a naked black male reportedly was lying in a field near the parking lot. When police arrived, witnesses pointed out the man on the west side of the park near the walking paths. There were runners, walkers, families, and more than 30 cars in the parking lot at the time, according to police. As officers approached, the man had a big grin on his face as he lay on his back, shamelessly exposing where the sun doesn't shine, police said.
