Authorities recovered John Johnson-Christian unharmed in Pikeville, Ky., on Thursday two days after he had vanished from his home. They charged his mother's ex-boyfriend and another woman with criminal confinement. Under Indiana law, kidnapping only occurs under certain conditions, such as the demand for a ransom, but none was demanded in this case.
